The Rural House MOLINO FERNÁN PÉREZ is a typical Níjar "cortijada" (country house, hamlet) in Almería, at the East of Andalucía. They are located a few kilometres away from the spectacular beaches of Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and just outside of Fernán Perez, a village that still holds the character and peaceful atmosphere of these lands.

La Casa del Molinero (the millers house) is a very special house with two well defined areas that can be rented together or separately: El Altillo and Los Arcos.
